Cintya has over 25 years of experience in advising and litigation regarding administrative, environmental, urban development, urban / environmental impacts, environmental licenses, civil protection programs, regularization and defense of works (construction) and commercial establishments, impact assessment social, administrative procedures, with an impeccable career leading various important public and private positions that she has held throughout her professional career.

Among the relevant public and private positions that she has held, the following are mentioned: Head of the Department of the Litigation Directorate, General Directorate of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (SEMARNAT), 1996-2000; Assistant to the advisor to the Technical Secretary of the Environmental Commission for the Senate of the Republic, 2000-2001; Head of Department of the General Directorate of Inspection and Surveillance of Wildlife of the Federal Attorney for Environmental Protection (PROFEPA), 2000-2001; Deputy Director of Normality of the Legal Department of the Ministry of the Environment of the Government of the Federal District, 2001-2002; Kommetje Environmental Awareness Group (Cape Town, South Africa, 2003); HILLSIDE FARM (Cape Town, South Africa, 2003); Director of Planning and Scheduling of Works for the Ministry of the Environment; Director of Surveillance, Control of Natural Resources and Coordinated Support Services for the General Directorate of Natural Resources and Rural Development, 2004-2007; Founding Partner of Altamirano y Asociados, 2008-2021, PAOT Citizen Counselor, 2016 to 2019.
